666 Black IPA (2022)


Cotta sfigata: efficienza bassissima rispetto al solito, OG di quasi dieci punti inferiore alle attese, e ho dovuto correggere aggiungendo più zucchero del previsto. Lato luppoli: i 30g di Cryo hops (Cascade) sono risultati piuttosto spenti nel bicchiere; i Cryo dovrebbero valere doppio rispetto ai pellet, quindi nel totale tra Cryo e Cashmere erano circa 3,3 g/l a fine bollitura (più 1 g/l abbondante a 20 minuti). Quantitativo più che sufficiente per una chiara, forse i malti torrefatti coprono i luppoli e ne servono di più in una black IPA
